About the event
November Luncheon Presentation: "How much property taxes does it take to sustain 1,000 feet of road?"
Presented by: Daniel McKenna-Foster, Senior Planner, MOA Planning Department
What are the life cycle costs of 1,000 feet of road? Does our adjacent land use sustain the types of transportation infrastructure we’re building? Does the transportation infrastructure we’re building encourage the types of land use that provide the most tax revenue? This interactive presentation will explore the relationship between transportation and land use and its implications for the future land use map.
